Through observation and research i have been exposed to the absence of leadership yet with many rising to power and positions.
The prestige thirst that comes with being an executive must be backed up by real leadership principles and abilities and not just a wielding of power.
Having an incumbent on the driving seat doesn’t mean they can drive, hence we believe if we can develop leaders collectively we can redefine the order of transmission as far as leadership is concern.
I believe training and developing leaders will stabilize and galvanize institutional and family traits and cords.let us consider the following factors, every household, society, company, organization or country needs leaders who can think independently or in the collective. We need thinkers to help us make right discussions and leaders to run systems and place proper structures which can serve the purposes as intended by the architects of human governance. To be able to produce such caliber of high intellect, cultural and moral sound people we must invest much in developing and training leaders as born game changers, aspiring leaders and emerging leaders. It took years of hard work to create malfunctioning societies, and it will also take hard work from the enlightened to reverse the order and raise a new breed and era of societal excellence.
