SMK was born in Soweto Diepkloof zone 6 to a family of four. Due to the demise of loosing a father at the age of two was raised by a single yet strong and godly mother. Joined politics at a tender age becoming an activist who mobilized the youth from location and school to protest against the injustice of the apartheid system.

SMK possesses a Masters degree in systematic theology from Impact University, Strategic Contemporary leadership diploma from the Vaal University of Technology, Computer literacy with Educare college, Diploma in theology from NBTC.
He served in all leadership structures within the assemblies of God (AOG) up to national level and is currently a member of leadership in SOAOG a body that seeks to unite pastors and churches who came out of AOG. Advisor to king Means we of Nyandeni and libode kingdom.
He is currently serving as the deputy chair of faith based organization in Midvaal and is also part of the leadership forum in Meyerton Park where he is serving as a spoke person and advisor.
